KPIs and xApp Control Parameters Collection

1- How could we collect in real time the different KPIs in gNB and the xApps control parameters (timestamps)?

2- Is there any previously implemented scenarios for xApps optimization decisions like interference, network slicing, traffic steering, energy efficiency?
