Image pre-pull support

One of the customers brought up this use-case, where at least attempting to do a tart pull of specific VM images on workers would speed-up their workflow significantly.

Let's see if there's a nice way to tackle this.

Closing, it seems that simply passing --image-pull-policy=Always is sufficient.

Our images are 100Gb, pulling takes 15-30 minutes. Our goal was to make the images available in the worker before we start creating vms with the new image to avoid a 30 minute start delay. Can we avoid this with this flag?

With this flag no.

Do I understand right that you want to pre-pull specific images on all workers according to a certain schedule?

As a result, Orchard Worker(s) will issue a tart pull for each image periodically (e.g. every 1 hour).

Yes, on a schedule or manually but yes, just a tart pull.
