The vault should implement a backup command.

The backup command should export the public and private key as a text file that can easily be stored in the likes of lastpass.

Appropriate permission should be set of the file.

The backup command should inform the user to store the pub/priv key along with the local-vault.lbox.

So we will also need to add a restore command that can take the output from the backup command a path to the the vault lbox.
