Inconsistent Homepage Links

Unfortunately it is not really possible to fix this only via PR ^^

Okay, there is a room for improvement here.

I would say that the /hp is an implementation detail; the main page should be https://ondras.github.io/rot.js -- as this is the canonical entry point for all GitHub-hosted pages. Will update all locations to this one.
