v0.6dev3 spec page is missing "scene"

The v0.6.dev3 spec page at https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/specifications/dev/index.html seems to be missing any mention of "scene"!?

The updated index page from @jo-mueller's PR at https://github.com/jo-mueller/ngff-spec/blob/62cbb04e7b7f6ccf9ef91410c993ceaa8bdc9636/index.md has lots of "scene" sections, but the page above doesn't mention it once?

Has something got built into the wrong place, or am I getting something wrong here?

I suspect the respective submodule hasn't been bumped to the latest commit. I added a dependabot in #404, but it seems that it's not working properly. At least it hasn't sent a PR since ome/ngff-spec#67 has been merged.
