CSV export questions

1. Exporter uses ISO-8859-1 encoding. I think that we should use UTF-8 instead. I get ? for polish letters now.
2. Exporter uses project/task IDs - maybe we should add (or replace them with) project/task names?

2. Sounds good, unless it makes it impossible to import it back to the app? Exporting the data to be used somewhere else sounds like it needs the actual names, but then if you want to export in order to import back to WHT, that should still be possible. Example use case: I have some useful test data in one device and want to export it to another device.
