[Feature Request]: Option to disable greying folders that were "read"

• I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Describe your suggested feature

Right now when i finish reading my comics, they become greyed out because it's marked as "read", then i have to manually press "mark as unread", is there an option to disable that?
