Question
Is there a standing loop in which de-identified day-job patterns become fleet artifacts (and fleet patterns feed back the other way) — and if so, in which direction(s), with what cadence and what review step?
Type
grilling (HITL)
Context
Graduated from ## Not yet specified on 2026-08-01: the boundary ruling in #321 (adr:employer-evidence-boundary — de-identified pattern-level publishing under the stranger test, enforced by denylist lint) made this question statable. Before that ruling there was no way to ask it without presupposing the boundary.
Note the re-audit found the flow already runs one way in practice and unlabelled: several public core mechanisms (/resume, /merge-quiz, day-runner) are generic expressions of day-job harness discipline. So this ticket decides whether to make an existing informal flow explicit and governed, not whether to start one.
