Expected Behavior

The mouse cursor should not have a black square surrounding it.

Current Behavior

When either Rec. 2100 (PQ) or Rec. 2100 (HLG) colour spaces are selected, a black square surrounding the mouse cursor shows up in both preview and captured video, identical to the pictures documented in issue 12091.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Video -> Colour Space.
2. Choose Rec. 2100 (PQ) or Rec. 2100 (HLG) from the dropdown menu.
3. Apply settings and observe the mouse cursor in the preview or in a recording.
