Add Pagination to Details Page for Endpoint

Add pagination to the details page of the endpoint, based on limit/offset for NEDB.

Tasks:

• Implement pagination for details endpoints using limit/offset for NEDB.
• Update UI

As the UI is being migrated to React in #12 , that issue needs to be finished first.
