Actions for consumer when they click "accept" on an item

When clicking the "accept" button for any item, a consumer is lead to that product page. Upon the first time coming back to Consumable, there needs to be a notification for that product that they clicked on reading:

"Did you buy this item?" followed by, "Would you like to keep this listing posted?"
