Each verifier service should be launched with a maximum run time timer.
This would avoid situations where a failed verifier blocks the verification of the remaining plugins.
When the timer is reached, the container should be killed.
This will be considered as a verification failure, the system will thus be able to launch new containers for the remaining plugins.
