Hi,

Can we have a option to disable otp for specific networks/hosts. So when the user if try to login from specific host or network to be able to login without otp key?

That is certainly doable and I’d be glad to accept pull request but, as specified on the readme, this project is no longer under active development. I simply do basic maintenance to keep it in running on the latest version of roundcube.
