resources -t doesn't update last-viewed-page

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.

Current Behavior

Resources opens to the last page the user clicked to select in the sidebar

Expected Behavior

Resources opens to the last page that was opened even if that was done via the command line

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Resources app
2. Switch to the Process tab
3. Close the Resources app
4. From a terminal, run resources -t applications
5. Resources open with the Applications page selected
6. Close Resources
7. Open Resources
