Support for Sensus 620 gauge

Can you add support for the gauge of a Sensus 620 watermeter?

@bartgrefte have you tried using the flags that have been introduced over the last years? I am specifically thinking about

• Digit Decolorization
• Digit Inversion

If that still does not work, also try Digit Postprocessing. If even that does not work, please provide your config file.

@nohn Uhm, I haven't looked at it for years, ended up using a LJ12A3-4-Z/BX for a while but too many false positives. After that I started bugging the watersupplier for some time due to lack of updates of their tests with smart meters, then I stopped checking the watermeter (except when the yearly bill comes).

Maybe I should try this project again :) , now where did I put the ESP32-CAM.....
