Regarding "Links Not Migrated" - dont forget to set "AllowCrossProjectLinking":true in your target endpoint (TfsTeamProjectEndpoint or TfsEndpoint). The default is false for sanity. |

How is AllowCrossProjectLinking actually working? If I migrate from an on prem devops to azure devops with cross project references - what if a referenced item is not already in the target environment? Is this managed? Can i run the Link Tool "separately" without migrating all work items, basicly as a "post migration" step (this would probably be useful for the cross project scenarios). |
