Include python3Packages.pmdsky-debug-py into the ignore list

Hi. I’m not familiar at all with Haskell, so I guess it’s probably better to ask here for someone else to do it:

I’m the maintainer of "python3Packages.pmdsky-debug-py", and I would like to ask for an opt-out.

This package is depended on SkyTemple, and the ASM patches it contains may fail to apply if the version does not matches. It should as such be updated alongside SkyTemple (which I manually do at times).

Have you tried adding

# nixpkgs-update: no auto update

to the package file, as described in the maintainer FAQ?
