[Going official] Send a PR to docker-library/official-images

I think the images are ready to be labeled official.

We now need to send a PR to https://github.com/docker-library/official-images.

I'll be able to do it this week optimistically but if anyone would like to do it that'd be cool.

I can do the PR, too, if it makes life easier, I don't know.
