Hello,

I'm clicking around after having downloaded a demo tsv file, and it looks great.

However, I got stuck very often with the error message:

And I can't get rid of it, unless if I close the window and restart regexport.

Isn't there an error to catch ? Or what am I doing wrong ?

Hi Nicolas, many apologies for the slow reply. Agreed, this error message is very annoying, it doesn't help much. It appears when a brain region is currently selected that contains zero cells (in the screenshot here, I would guess that there are no cells in the "fiber tract" category of brain regions). To get around it, just hit "ok" and click a different brain region.

This would be a valuable bug to fix. I'll pin the issue here as a reminder.

Thanks! Maybe I can open a new issue, but would it be complicated to handle floats instead of ints for the qupath extracted properties ?
