Plots not populating

I noticed this a few days ago and thought it might resolve, but it does not seem to be. I am not seeing any symbols on the species outlier plots. The list of records is populating as expected. Example is https://ya16sdb.labmed.uw.edu/?species=106648, but the issue is not limited to this taxon.

Kay I rolled back to the last feather file from the previous pipeline version

If you wanted to look into dtype differences, I'd sniff around /mnt/div/molmicro/common/ncbi/16s/output/20250302/seq_info.feather.gz vs /mnt/div/molmicro/common/ncbi/16s/output/LATEST/seq_info.feather.gz
