Corrupted Staff in the Corrupted Gauntlet causes issues

It seems to think the staff is 5tick on the first hit, but then sometimes corrects to 4tick.

In the first clip against the dark beast, note that the first attack shows as 5 tick and then it shows as 4 tick for a while, but attacking on 2 instead of 1 because of the offset from the first attack

It seems like moving around during attack cooldown can have weird effects also, sometimes it resets to 5 tick (although that might be just when I attack after 5 ticks?) and sometimes it skips an attack entirely (seen in the second to last attack against the scorpion)

Update: This issue was happening again today. I changed my spellbook, went to COX, and then returned to CG after a few raids. The issue then seemed to be fixed. I'm unsure if changing the spellbook had anything to do with it - I tried going back to ancients and the issue did not start happening again.

Could be a duplicate of #64, i haven't had a chance to try reproducing the issue yet.
