The Seed CLI user guide currently only is generated/updated in the Travis CI build, which is not available in all environments.
Desired Solution
Add support for GitLab CI.
Alternative / Workaround
Manually generated docs (e.g. HTML and/or PDF) could be pushed to environments until GitLab CI is implemented.
