Minor updates for recipe status component

• change the "Processing Status" to say "Recipe Status" or "Recipe Processing Status". There isn't an obvious tie in and the menu option goes away.
• I also thought it wasn't working because I forgot I had to select something first. I would like the drop down to select over by the title so it is more obvious. Ideally it would be a bigger font too in the drop down to draw attention, but I think moving it would work.
• The refresh is a little wonky. It keeps refreshing (great!) but I expect that a refresh means the information has changed in some way...and it hasn't. Could we possibly do a refresh "in the background" and then only refresh the actual UI if there is something different?
