Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: 32.0.4 (AIO)

App works as intended, but it's limited in environments with mixed user-types, such as internal and external users.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to display different content based on group membership. My specific use case is that we have displayed frequent absences in the welcome widget for internal use. However, we also use the guests app to invite external users to our instance. If I allow the welcome app for guests, they would also see those absences, which is not intended. I would like different groups to see different content displayed in the widget.

Example:
Group A (internal users) sees Welcome Widget with Content A
Group B (external users) sees Welcome Widget with Content B

Describe alternatives you've considered
Been looking for alternative apps, however haven't found an appropriate one and would like to keep using this one.

That's a nice idea! We'll keep it in mind for future versions, but would be also happy about any PR with this and can help with any questions.
I think having an extra one for guest users (I guess that's what you mean by external?) is easier than group-related content as users can be part of multiple groups and that would need a priority logic
