Datetime format for scheduled CLI command

Hi! What is date format for the CLI command with options -s and -d?
So, in which format to indicate date and time when scheduling the announcement publication and deletion? The time should be indicated according to the locale.

Can you also add the feature to delete a message in a certain time, eg xx minutes, xx hours, xx days whatever?

When I try to indicate occ announcementcenter:announce --activities --notifications --emails -s 13.06.2025 18:50 GMT+03:00" admin "test" "test message", I see that the occ created the announcement and scheduled it for Fri Jun 13 15:59:00 UTC 2025.
However, the message has appeared immediately in the thread.
I can also add that the scheduled deletion doesn't work.

It seems that the planned deletion is not functional even when indicating date/time in webUI. Please, check it.
