Often we get mod bug reports that end up being caused by outdated versions being used, because people do not see that the mod has updates available as they disable the settings window from opening on startup. Would it be possible to add a popup that appears whenever a mod has a new version available, to ensure people are aware of it?
In case this is too much, I want to also suggest a flag that can be set in the repository.json for a mod author to mark an update as important, those being the ones that cause the update available popup to show up (a skin mod isn't really a mandatory update, while a multiplayer mod release requires everyone to update).
