Missing DLL Files?

I'm running on Windows 7 Professional 64bit and have installed everything listed on the OnyxFirmware page to make this exe work yet still get a missing DLL message each time. At first I'd only installed the 64bit version of the VS runtime but also installing the 32 bit version got rid of one DLL message.

On running the onyxloader.exe I get:

I've run a registry repair with CCleaner and reinstalled drivers and the VS runtime but still get it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback @etchevalier ,just to confirm, do you have the FTDI drivers installed on your system? http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM20824_Setup.exe . When you ran the FTDI setup did you get any errors?
