Setup process of the Algolia Crawler plugin is broken

When I go through the setup of the Algolia Crawler build plugin I get stuck.
There is already an issue in the plugin repo (algolia/algoliasearch-netlify#861) but there was no response in almost a year. Also the plugin seems to be unmaintained.
