Currently, systemd defaults to waiting for the ethernet interface coming up, which blocks switching on every trilby update on notebooks. Maybe there could/should also be a choice during the install wizard for this? Or could/should the system simply prevent systemd-networkd from waiting for interfaces at all (at least during switches)?
