Choices like the timezone or the keyboard layout allow the user to search for their preference, but that isn't immediately obvious for users unfamiliar with the wizard's TUI. If there's some way to make this possibility more obvious, this would improve the UX for the last couple of questions somewhat (I personally thought that the ~4 provided choices were hard-coded and I'd have to change them later).
