Logbook window moves between desktops on its own on Windows 10

Whenever something happens in-game, the Logbook window moves to the currently active desktop. For example:

1. Logbook is on desktop 2, currently viewing desktop 1.
2. A battle ends.
3. Logbook window moves to desktop 1.

Using logbook version 2.2.1. This happens regardless of whether the サブウィンドウホストを表示する option is enabled.
