Automated Update Offering

@jfaustin, We are preparing to release our plugin for updating custom plugins within the next week or so and I'll be adding the branding bar to the list of things we'll manage updates on for Wordpress installations that have the update plugin installed.

Do we want to take this opportunity to put the branding bar in the Enterprise installation? Whether it is or isn't will not affect us being able to automatically push updates when changes are made, so it's up to you guys.

If you'll be at co-working tomorrow, I'd be happy to show you the update plugin and web service.

I went ahead and moved it over for testing purposes because I have to add a deploy key to actually build the package, and didn't want to do that without talking to you first; but here's what an end user sees.
