how long to wait for Morgoth to detect an anomaly

I wonder how long tit takes for Morgoth to start detecting anomaly
assuming a run every 1 minute, and a scoreField of 0,98 ,

am I wrong to deduce that I will need to wait at least 51 minutes to detect one anomaly ( as it need to occur less than 2% , hence )

I also wonder the answer of this question? How long does it take to detect anomaly?
I implemented your example in my environment and made cpu usage 100% on one of my server but I did not receive any alert.
Does it work with kapacitor 1.5?
