Correct link to section in Python data access How-To

In How to Access GES DISC Data Using Python, we noticed that the first bullet in the Contents section, Search and Download Full Granule Data using earthaccess, does not link directly to that section. We are requesting it be updated to jump down the page to the section.

I believe that the links not jumping down when rendering the notebook in Github is known and something we can't control, but when viewing on the GES DISC website, it will open a new tab and then jump down to that section: https://lb.gesdisc.eosdis.nasa.gov/meditor/notebookviewer/?notebookUrl=https://github.com/nasa/gesdisc-tutorials/blob/main/notebooks/How_to_Access_GES_DISC_Data_Using_Python.ipynb#opendap_xarray. Would this be acceptable?
