Attempting to understand the "integrated HTML file browser.
Where did it come from, and is there any where I can get info about reusing it.

it is based on this project: https://github.com/jcampbell1/simple-file-manager

I did some 'hacks' to it to make it work with the esp8266 webserver.

I will make note of project in readme.
