Suggestion to add a contributing.md file so that it can act as guide for all those individuals who are new for open source contribution. Mention step by step process so that it becomes easier to understand and perform action for successful implementation.

hi @my-projects-it , it is my request to kindly close this issue as 'close as duplicate' as there is already a file named contributing.md that exits in the repository. I apologies for my mistake.
