Enhance README with setup instructions and contribution section

Hi! The README looks great overall, but I noticed it doesn’t include setup steps for local development or contribution guidelines.

I’d love to add:
- Steps to clone and run locally using Streamlit
- Required Python version and packages
- How to contribute
