Synaptic allows user to setup Custom Filters
I noticed that the filters that show up in the
left sidebar Custom Filters buttons list
are not in the same sorting order as the ones
in the Filters window left list panes list.
Can be a little confusing having them both in a different order.
SOME SUGGESTIONS
BOTH LISTS
-Make the sort order of each list be identical to each other.
LEFT SIDEBAR "CUSTOM FILTERS" BUTTON LIST
-Add a way for user to manually change the sort order of each item, allowing the ability to move items up and down by....

-Add a context menu to sort filter results alphabetically for user.
"FILTERS" WINDOW LIST
-Add a way for user to manually change the sort order of each item, allowing the ability to move items up and down by....

as well as maybe can offer
Up and Down arrow buttons in the button bar at the bottom of the Filter window, that currently contains New and Delete buttons.
-Add a context menu or button to sort filter results alphabetically for user.
If only decide to add one section to adjust the sorting of the list, would obviously allow this functionality in the Filters window.
