requirements.txt missing

There is no requirements.txt or requirements_dev.txt in the project, it appears necessary for docker or when running the setup script.

Hi @HomingHamster the setup script was obsolete / leftover. Runner scripts should work for local service run. If Docker is desired you may use poetry in it as well.
