Description

In the past the app was able to handle JavaScript disabled. This is gone partly over time. Some functionalities like choosing the language or select authors and categories for new quotation are no more possible without enabled JavaScript. And in the controllers code sometimes format.html is not implemented or is not working well. Plus, there are no tests to check functionality with disabled JavaScript.

Therefore it is a better idea, to remove all code for JavaScript disabled and make a user notice? In the past, the app could handle disabled JavaScript. This has been partially lost over time. Some functions like language selection or author and category selection for new listings are no longer possible without JavaScript enabled. And in the controller code, sometimes format.html is not implemented or does not work properly. Moreover, there are no tests to check the functionality with JavaScript disabled.

So, is it a better idea to remove all the code for disabled JavaScript and create a notice for the user?
