Create Releases

Formal Releases should be created for the SysML model to provide CI options in other projects like the MtconnectTranspiler.

For each Release:

• A new tag should be created that is congruent with the standard
  • The format should be v{Major}.{Minor}
  • Optionally, pre-releases can be created when voting commences: v{Major}.{Minor}.{VoteNumber}-vote.
  • If a version goes through additional voting periods, then increment the VoteNumber part.
  • Voting releases should be marked as Pre-Release versions
• The release should include an explicit copy of the XMI file for the SysML Model and named Model.xml
• Release notes should contain a list of normative additions and deprecations relative only to the release version.
