Adding type hints to upstream pefile?

One of the TODOs we have for the next pefile release is adding type hints (erocarrera/pefile#489). Would you be interested in contributing some of the type hints you've written upstream?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I would definitely be interested in helping, although I suspect the process may not be straight-forward, since fields in pefile structures are populated dynamically and I'm not sure how static type checkers work with that kind of idiom. But I appreciate the effort and will try experimenting with it and seeing what can be done when I have time.
