Steep learning curve for getting started

Natalie: Sometimes it's not clear whether the tutorial is talking about the local computer or githup. Need to make things more explicit

Natalie: It would have been nice to have an explanation of the relationship between jupyter and everything else.

Nate: My first time at the terminal. That was hard. (Gus: maybe add a link to the fsl unix tutorial)

Mckelle: Found a hard to understand typo. Will do a pull request when I figure out where it was.

I think having some more background information on git and docker would help others have a better understanding of it when first learning. Maybe some video tutorials on them would be useful to include on this
