While playing an ER, I found Hyrule field had 2 generic grottos, checking off the items in one of them checks it off for both.

So there is a bug in the hint code that could lead to duplicate links like this. However, your plando didn't have any tracked hints listed. Did you set any entrance hints at some point then clear them? Or did you only link entrances directly?

I'm not seeing how it's possible to duplicate links without hints unfortunately. I'll leave the issue open until we have a better story.

That’s super weird, I only linked the entrances directly. I’ll keep going and let you know if I find any more issues.
