Remove old Developer Docs

The older developer Docs hosted in /docs are obsolete as of #4050. We should remove them.

Hey @Kasturijadhav14!

The main change here is to remove the docs/ folder. Please note that it also contains two screenshots that are used in the README file, so we should preserve them.

I've already deleted the webhook that's been pushing changes to Read the Docs.
