Profile(Project) list loads duplicates in certain instances.

Hey everyone.

I just wanted to report an issue I noticed with allzpark profiles list.

It will sometimes populate with duplicates when editing settings that trigger a re-resolve.
In the image provided, I add and remove "*.beta" from the exclusion filter.

But refreshing the list always corrects the issue.

I am aware of this problem, and it was because that qargparse.String widget is emitting signal twice when you pressed the return key on edit finished. Currently.., you could use mouse clicking instead of pressing return key to trigger edit finished signal as an workaround. 🤕

To fix this, we will need to update vendor.qargparse module, which will also drop support for Qt4 bindings.
