[feature request] Open secondary TLS connection?

Would be nice to have an easy option to terminate TLS for cert handling etc, but then do a secondary TLS connection with self-signed certificates to transport everything to another server without sending it in clear-text.

Thanks for considering.

Edit: I guess something like stunnel would do, but an easier way configurable all in one place might be nice.
