Workflow

• read customer lates(by block_number) RDS state
• compare with Schematic index
• fetch ABI for customer(by addresses)
• fetch Blockstorage(by blocks range) (option HOT storage)
• Decode labels and push to RDS(as batched by blocks events/transactions/internal_calls)

Additinal requirements:

Add historical-crawl mode.
Will be able to fetch Blockstorage and restore all events/tx_calls of contract.
