your database looks great, but it would be greatly improved by a search bar ;) For now it seems like it's pretty much impossible to query anything. Is there any way to get the results of your search on the S. coelicolor genome? We also tried to use your "custom run" feature with a genome (genomic fasta) and a .mgf file, without success (it's pending forever). Is this project still active??
