loadnc and projtool

Thanks for sharing your work.
I tried to use your pyticle_tracker, but found the loadnc is missing, and also a package named projtools is missing. could you update how to located those files please.

Hi,
Those pieces of code are not part of the particle tracking software.
They are code that I use for general analysis, they can be found in the workspace_python repo.
Here is the link https://github.com/moflaher/workspace_python
Fair warning, that repo isn't intended for public consumption. You are welcome to use it but the code is poorly commented and might be messy. datatools.py has the function loadnc. projtools is the file projtools.py
